The last time Georgia’s football players made their way to Memphis the Bulldogs were ranked No. 12 in the nation and navigated the first three weeks of this season unbeaten.The team flew into the city en route to a game at Ole Miss where Georgia’s season began to take a turn in the other direction. with a lopsided defeat.Georgia (7-5) return Sunday — on Christmas — to resume preparations for Friday’s Liberty Bowl against TCU (6-6).
