Scout.com: Missouri, Ole Miss, TCU Among Schools to Recently Offer 2017 Receiver Trestan Ebner

The spring evaluation period is always a busy time in the Lone Star State, but it’s been an especially hectic time for 2017 receiver Trestan Ebner from Henderson High School in East Texas.
Ebner decommitted April 9 from SMU and has since garnered nine FBS offers, 60 percent of his total to date. Those offers are TCU, Ole Miss, Missouri, Indiana, Houston, Colorado State, Arkansas State, Tulsa, and UTSA. Prior to the spring evaluation period, Ebner’s offer list included Arkansas, Syracuse, Illinois, Kansas, North Texas, and SMU.
Ebner’s nine-offer run in the past three weeks speaks to his ability considering how deep and talented the receiver position is in Texas in the 2017 cycle. It’s an extremely deep cycle for receivers and out-of-state schools have started to catch on during the spring evaluation period. …
