ESPN: Spring review: TCU Horned Frogs

Here’s what we learned about TCU during spring football.
What we learned about the offense: The Horned Frogs should be able to replace running back Aaron Green with relative ease compared to the challenge of replacing quarterback Trevone Boykin. Junior Kyle Hicks and sophomoreShaun Nixon are both quality options who should replace Green’s production. And the receiver spot, where TCU must replace Josh Doctson, has some talented young options along with KaVontae Turpin. There’s no reason to expect the position to be a major weak link despite Doctson’s departure. A pair of veteran tackles (Joseph Noteboom, Aviante Collins) are the foundation of a solid offensive front. TCU entered the spring with some questions but only quarterback remains a major concern. …
