Kolby Listenbee’s attorney Brent Cooper has tried to get TCU’s lawsuit dismissed but a judge denied the motion and the suit will proceed for the time being. TCU’s lawyers are asking the court to force Cooper to pay nearly $30,000 in legal fees.
