AUSTIN – Brian Howard pitched his first first career complete game on Friday, but it wasn’t enough.
Texas scored two runs in the sixth inning and the Longhorns’ bullpen pitched 2  2/3 scoreless innings to seal a 2-0 victory over No. 6 TCU on Friday at Disch-Falk Field.
Texas (11-12, 2-0 Big 12) was coming off a 4-3 victory Thursday over TCU (17-5, 3-2) in the first-game of three-game Big 12 series. …
