Tribune-Review: TCU targeting Pitt’s Dixon for coaching job

Let the Jamie Dixon rumors begin.
Dixon reportedly is being targeted by Texas Christian University to be the Horned Frogs’ next basketball coach. A source told CBS Sports that TCU is willing to “make the money right†in order to lure Dixon, who is under contract with Pitt through the 2022-23 season.
TCU fired coach Trent Johnson last week after the team finished 12-21, including 2-16 in Big 12 play.
CBS Sports reported Dixon, who played at TCU from 1984-87, is considering what amounts to an offer. …
