One of TCU’s top 2018 recruits might just be the Horned Frogs’ most valuable recruiter. Justin Rogers, a one-time 5-star now designated as a high 4-star, is making his best efforts to attract some high-level classmates to TCU. Rogers attends Parkway High School in Bossier City, Lou., and reached out to a fellow Louisiana recruit on Twitter. Ja’Marr Chase, a 4-star wide receiver from Archbishop Rummel High School in Metairie, took his official visit to TCU this weekend.
