Muskogee grad Kamren Curl was officially lifted to starting status on Monday on the Arkansas Razorbacks’ depth chart.Curl will start at cornerback against TCU on Saturday. The 6-foot-1, 193-pound freshman is just one game into his college career. He totaled three tackles and one pass breakup in last week’s 49-7 season-opening win against Florida A&M.Curl replaces junior Ryan Pulley, who will miss a “significant” period of time after injuring his chest in a season-opening victory over Florida A&M.Coach Bret Bielema says he’ll have a better idea how long Pulley will be out following surgery on his pectoral muscle. He was expected to be the team’s top cover man this season.Ironically, TCU was one of four finalists for Curl, who signed with Arkansas in February.
