Carter Stadium will be named in honor of legendary author and sportswriter Dan Jenkins, TCU officials announced Tuesday.Jenkins, a 1953 graduate of TCU, has written for the Fort Worth Press, Dallas Times Herald, Sports Illustrated and Golf Digest, and is the author of 23 books. His latest, “Stick a Fork in Me,” was published in January.
