TCU men’s basketball coach Jamie Dixon has not given up on efforts to use Australian forward Kouat Noi, who has missed the team’s first 10 games while awaiting approval from the NCAA Clearinghouse, into games this season. TCU (9-1) plays its next game Sunday against Texas Southern in Fort Worth.
