JUCO linebacker Alex Bush was on campus this past weekend for an official visit. Bush is wrapping up his second season at Cerritos College in LaHabra, California. Bush was active this weekend on twitter with an obvious excitement about the red carpet being rolled out in Fort Worth.
Checking in at 6 foot 2 and 230 pounds, Bush exhibits a combination of aggression and lateral pursuit required to play in the 4-2-5. He was the Northern Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2016. KillerFrogs expects to hear from Bush again as he prepares to announce his commitment.
With a possible commitment looming, Bush shared the following summary of his weekend.
Visit was great, a lot of great defensive players have come out of TCU so I’m looking to continue the tradition by the way I’m going to play. Coach Patterson is a defensive mastermind so I have faith that he’ll be putting me in great positions to make plays.
