TCU (3-2) fell out of Sunday’s updated college football polls following the Horned Frogs’ 52-46 loss to Oklahoma in Fort Worth. The Saturday result helped the Sooners (2-2) climb back into the national rankings after a one-week hiatus.

Oklahoma moved to No. 20 in this week’s Associated Press poll, joining No. 13 Baylor (5-0) and No. 22 West Virginia (4-0) among Big 12 representatives. The highest-ranked teams from Texas in this week’s AP poll are No. 6 Houston (5-0) and No. 8 Texas A&M (5-0).

The Aggies face No. 9 Tennessee (5-0) in an SEC showdown Saturday in Kyle Field.

Texas (2-2) also dropped out of the polls Sunday following a 49-31 loss to Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Okla.

In the coaches poll, Houston checked in at No. 5, A&M was seventh and Baylor landed at No. 11. The coaches had West Virginia at No. 20 and OU at No. 22. Oklahoma meets Texas in Saturday’s Red River Rivalry matchup in Dallas. TCU plays Saturday at Kansas.
