FWST: TCU kicking situation still open to change

 TCU coach Gary Patterson says his kicker-by-committee situation will remain intact this week but he opened the door to the possibility that someone other than Ryan Graf may handle the placements Saturday against Iowa State.
Graf had a 28-yard field-goal attempt blocked at the end of regulation against Arkansas that would have won the contest. TCU lost in double-overtime, 41-38.
Patterson said Jonathon Song, who finished spring drills as the primary kicker, has missed the team’s first two games because of an injury but is “getting a lot better†and appears “close†to returning to action. But it may not be Saturday.
