Scout.com: Kevin Samuel 4-star center Kevin Samuel commits to TCU

Jamie Dixon, TCU picked up a significant pledge from four-star center Kevin Samuel on Tuesday.
Samuel’s coach, Orin Bailey, informed Scout of the decision to pick the Horned Frogs over the likes of Houston, Texas A&M, USC, Arkansas and Tulane.
“I think he liked their staff, the opportunity to come in and make a difference in the program right away,” Bailey said. “I think they are trending up.”
