The New York Jets have added running back Matthew Tucker on their injured reserve list after he passed through the waiver wire unclaimed on Monday, according to multiple reports.
The team signed Tucker several weeks ago, though was waived to leave a spot for running back Lache Seastrunk.
Undrafted out of Texas Christian three years ago, Tucker is a veteran of the Eagles’ practice squad, where he played on again and off again since then before finally being waived in February.
In two regular season games for Philadelphia, he did not register any attempts or yardage.
