On the Big 12’s list of attendees, eight of the 10 teams in the conference will bring their starting quarterbacks to the July 18-19 event in Dallas.  The lone holdouts?  TCU and Texas, who, in fairness, have multiple players engaged in competitions at the position that will extend into summer camp beginning next month.
