FWST: A&M’s Boomer White: ‘We’ll win this, hopefully in 2 games’
BY JEFF CAPLANÂ Special to the Star-Telegram
It isn’t like Boomer White came to TCU and couldn’t find a role.
As the Star-Telegram’s Carlos Mendez noted, White led the Frogs in RBIs in the 2014 season, one that ended at the College World Series. But White just loved A&M more, so he transferred. He sat out last season to comply with NCAA transfer rules, so he missed out on the epic 2015 super regional in which TCU won the Game 3 finale in 16 innings.
So how does he feel about this mega matchup that starts Friday night at A&M’s Olsen Field?
