OKLAHOMA CITY — There’s no missing Luken Baker on the diamond. At 6-foot-4 and 265 pounds, the TCU freshman slugger casts an intimidating shadow.
On this particular day, Baylor’s pitchers couldn’t miss Baker’s bat, either. Or anyone else’s, for that matter.
Baker produced a 5-for-5 effort at the plate to power the third-seeded Horned Frogs to a 12-5 win over sixth-seeded Baylor in the teams’ Big 12 tournament opener Wednesday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. …
