Round Rock DT/OL lands TCU offer, UPDATE

2017 will be a smaller than usual class for TCU.  So when Round Rock DT/OL James Lynch received an offer from the Horned Frogs on Monday, May 16th, he landed himself in elite company.  A versatile linemen from the Austin suburbs, Lynch has the ability to play on either side of the ball in the trenches.  Video confirms his abilities to open up holes on one side and stuff holes on the other.  The day Lynch was offered by the Frogs, KillerFrogs caught up with him as he reflected on TCU and the recruiting process.

When I first got the offer from TCU I didn’t know what to feel, but I know it was a great feeling.  TCU program is a premier program.  It’s as simple as that.

At TCU, I would either play DT/OL. If I ended up in Fort Worth, TCU fans could expect me to do everything in my power to help this team achieve it’s goals on and off the field.

Lynch has not set a date for his commitment, but expect even more offers to roll in following the offer from TCU.  Yet, the size of this small combined with elite distinction it this carries may be a motivating factor in his decision.  KillerFrogs will keep you posted on Lynch and every other recruit as we move towards the summer.
