The Horned Frogs have reached far beyond the Lone Star State with their latest offer.  Marshall, Minnesota Offensive Linemen Blaise Andries received an offer from the Frogs Monday night.  He was quick to talk with KillerFrogs about the impact of this offer.  Extending deep into Big Ten country to offer the number one player in the state of Minnesota, Andries is also a top 300 player per 24/7.  At 6 foot 6 and 290 pounds, after watching his tape it is easy to see why the Frogs would reach up to the north star state for talent.

On getting an offer from TCU:
“Getting an offer from TCU, a Big 12 School is a great honor. They are a very impressive university – both in their football program and their education opportunities.  I have been in contact with Coach Anderson, the offensive line Coach. I haven’t personally spoken to the Coaches yet, but I have been messaging them over Twitter.”
On the playing in Texas and who he might be leaning towards:
“I understand that football is a big deal in Texas – kind of like hockey in Minnesota. It would be a great opportunity to play football in the great state of Texas. The winter weather is a little nicer down there also.  I currently haven’t picked any favorites regarding my decision. I plan to commit to the college of my choice by the end of the summer.”
On what Frog cans could expect from him on and off the field:
“I am a hard worker both on the field and in the classroom. I take great pride in teamwork and helping others. I try to lead by example because if I can’t do it, how can I expect my teammates to do it? The important factors for my decision are the relationship with Coaches, the education opportunities and the success I can have on the field both individually and as a team.”
My only suggestion with the staff: make sure his official visit is in late January when it is -4 in Minnesota and 62 in Fort Worth.
