Waco Tribune-Herald: No. 19 Baylor looks to bounce back on the road at rival TCU

With its loss to No. 2 Kansas, the Baylor men’s basketball team is all but out of the Big 12 championship picture.
But the No. 19 Bears still have a lot to play for heading into the final three regular season games — beginning with Saturday’s 7 p.m. date against TCU at Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth.
The Bears (20-8, 9-6) fell three games behind Kansas in the Big 12 standings with their 66-60 loss to the Jayhawks on Tuesday at the Ferrell Center.
But Baylor is just one game behind second-place Oklahoma and West Virginia, and can earn a high seed in the NCAA tournament with a strong finish. The Bears face the No. 3 Sooners in Norman next Tuesday before ending the regular season against No. 14 West Virginia on March 5 at the Ferrell Center. …
