The Advertiser: Horned Frogs get the kill against the Cajuns in Houston

HOUSTON — In shallow left field at Minute Maid Park here, home of the Houston Astros, UL coach Tony Robichaux had a lengthy talk with his No. 6-ranked Ragin’ Cajuns baseball team Friday night.
The Cajuns had just lost 7-1 to No. 13 Texas Christian in their first of three games this weekend at the Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic.
When he was done dealing privately with his players, Robichaux publicly made it quite clear what he thought UL did now show nearly enough of in its first game this season against a nationally ranked opponent.
A killer attitude.
“The bottom line is … you’ve got to grab somebody’s jugular,†said Robichaux, whose 3-2 Cajuns face No. 23 Texas Tech on Saturday. …
