The latest: TCU has locked up a steal in their latest commit, WR R.J. Sneed. He scored nine touchdowns and averaged 16 yards per catch during his junior season at Cypress (Texas) Ranch, but his recruitment hadn’t really taken off by the time he committed to the Frogs on Feb. 13.
