FWST: TCU’s Medley on verge of school 3-point title against No. 17 Oklahoma State

TCU senior guard Zahna Medley is expected to plant her name at the top of the school’s 3-point list Saturday as the Horned Frog women host No. 17 Oklahoma State at Schollmaier Arena.
Medley needs three 3-pointers to pass Jill Sutton’s 296 mark set from 1997-01. A senior from Springfield, Ill., Medley averages 2.6 3-pointers made per game, good enough for second in the Big 12.
Oklahoma State (19-6, 9-5 Big 12), coming off a loss to Baylor, holds the Big 12’s third-best defense against 3-point field goals, with opponents shooting 27.2 percent from behind the arc. …
