DMN: TCU’s Patterson wants more physicality from offensive line

FORT WORTH — In its harder-than-expected season opener against South Dakota State, TCU had a manpower advantage.
It won’t have that luxury Saturday against Arkansas.
The Horned Frogs were not physical enough in their 59-41 win over the Jackrabbits for coach Gary Patterson’s taste. And not just defensively, where he wasn’t happy with much of anything.
The offense, despite rolling up a slew of points, wasn’t where it needed to be, either, particularly in the running game. The Frogs had 223 rushing yards, led by junior Kyle Hicks with 59.
