FWST: TCU’s Schlossnagle, speculated to Texas: ‘No plans’ to leave
TCU coach Jim Schlossnagle, speculated to be a candidate for the open baseball position at Texas, said he has “no plans†to leave Fort Worth.
“TCU and Fort Worth have been very good to me and my family,†he said in a statement to the Star-Telegram on Wednesday as the Horned Frogs prepared to host the Fort Worth Regional in the NCAA tournament beginning Friday.
“I am continually honored to be the coach at TCU and have no plans for that to change,†Schlossnagle said. “We’re starting the most important part of our season, and my only focus is on Oral Roberts and Friday night’s game.†…
